Post Wedding Adventure Session at Moraine Lake

Yusney had planned on proposing to Camille at one of the iconic lakes in Banff National Park but with the lockdowns and border restrictions, they weren’t able to make the trip. Yusney couldn’t wait to pop the question and with all of the unknowns of the pandemic, they ended up getting engaged at Lake Placid. They then went on to have an absolutely gorgeous wedding in August of 2021. They got in contact with me in September, as they had a trip coming up to Banff in the next month and they still very much wanted Banff to be a part of their love story. We hopped on the phone and decided that a sunset adventure session at Moraine Lake would be the perfect thing. And when Camille asked if she should fly her dress out with her, it was an immediate yes from me! There is nothing more stunning than Moraine Lake wedding photos.

We lucked out with a gorgeous October evening at Moraine Lake. They donned their wedding attire and we explore around the lake together. After, they changed into some casual clothes for a couple last photos as the sun set. Even though their original plans were impacted by the pandemic, they still found a beautiful way to celebrate and have Moraine Lake become a part of their story.
